Private Snowboard Lessons & Guiding
with Greg Homann
Private Lessons & Guiding
I teach / coach all levels, from clients who have never been on the snow, to experienced riders looking for improvement.
And, if you are keen on riding Hokkaido's deep dry powder, I'm also a Certified Guide.
Private snowboard lessons are also available for groups of up to 4 people.
If you would like to experience some of the resorts close to Niseko, daily trips to Moiwa, Rusutsu and Kiroro are possible.
And, tours to nearby Otaru (Kiroro, Kokusai, Teine, Asarigawa and Tenguyama) and Central Hokkaido (Kurodake, Asahidake, Kamui, Furano and Tomamu) can be organised. Or, if you have something else in mind, it's also possible to customise your own tour.
We also offer transfers from your home, hotel or chalet.
Splitboarding and Snowshoeing
Splitboarding and snowshoeing are the latest trend in back country snowboarding. Get in touch to learn the basics and go touring.
Snowboard Instructor & Guide.
Fully Certified Snowboard Instructor since 2001. New Zealand Snowsports Instructors Alliance.
NZSIA Life Member.
New Zealand Certificate in Avalanche Risk Management, Level 5.
I have been instructing for over 25 + years - working at Coronet Peak, Remarkables, Steamboat, Beaver Creek, Vail, Thredbo, Hotham and Niseko.
It's my 11th season in Niseko, and it is definitely the BEST resort in the world to ride powder! Whether it's your first time on the snow or if you'd prefer the backcountry, Niseko has incredibly consistent snow that will make your holiday here an amazing experience.
My other passions in life are sail racing, surfing and kiteboarding.
I have two degrees, Town Planning with Hons (UNSW) and Graduate Law (Sydney Uni).
If you would like to learn snowboarding or ride our deep powder, please don't hesitate to contact me.
